Judy and Bradley Niemeyer designed the foundation papers and the foundation strip piecing technique used to make the Bali Fever. This technique was designed to use 2-1/2" by 42" strips.  All you need is 4 packages of Bali Pops or 140 - 2.5 inch strips.  You can find them by clicking here .
